Terms of Service

Welcome to Om At Home. By creating an account or using our website and live virtual classes, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The service

Om At Home offers live virtual yoga and related wellness offerings. Class schedules, formats, and membership benefits may change. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Do not share Zoom or class access links outside your household membership unless we say otherwise.

Memberships and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you choose. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated at checkout. You can cancel a recurring subscription from your account tools where available; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise noted.

Health and safety

Yoga and wellness practices involve physical activity. Participate only within your own limits, modify as needed, and consult a physician if you have concerns. Classes are not medical advice. You practice at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or redistribute class recordings or meeting links without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and class materials belong to Om At Home or its licensors. Personal practice use of live classes is welcome; recording or commercial reuse needs our written consent.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be noted on this page.
